Planning your education ahead after 10th/12th/PUC exams

Graduation from the tenth and twelfth grades has traditionally been a watershed moment in all students’ lives; it is that crossroads in anyone’s life where they are forced to choose one route from a variety of options. Needless to say, after graduating from class ten or twelve, every student must have a few unanswered questions. Students and parents will be bewildered and dubious about which path to go next in order to further their careers.

Career guidance should be sought as early as class 10.Following tenth grade, the course of study becomes more general, yet it is crucial in building the framework for career courses after twelfth grade.

Number of factors to be examined before choosing the apt career, a few mentioned below;

Research – Any type of research, such as internet research, reading pertinent articles, reading a biography, watching videos, consulting relevant friends & people and so on are necessary If you’ve already settled on a career, research it thoroughly, including the competition and preparations required, knowing about a day in the life of a well-known professional in that sector.

Recognize your passion – It is vital to determine in which area one possesses interest. All that is required is for the user to pick a stream to which he or she will be linked. Choose either the scientific or commerce route if you are interested about mathematical calculations and can do them more frequently.

Know your skills & abilities – After determining one’s areas of interest, one must match their strengths to their interests. The majority of the time, students chooses Science, yet their report card shows that Social Studies is their strongest subject. As a result, they should pursue Humanities rather than Science.

Career Guidance – Students can also obtain career advice from professionals who are available both online and offline if they are having trouble deciding which course to pursue after Class tenth and twelfth. These counsellors do frequent research on various job possibilities and student psychology in order to give better advice.

Budget check – Sometimes students have enormous aspirations and the ability to achieve them, but their parents’ finances prevent them from pursuing them. In this instance, students should analyze the budget and can even choose a less expensive alternative.
